Oh wow. Usually gossip is considered harmless as in this married actor or actress is having an affair, this one is a homewrecker, the other sleeps around. Who cares what the truth is for who is it harming, these are celebs and part of the game or so the logic goes.

But then there are speculations that are downright harmful and slanderous. Mahesh Bhatt and Pooja Bhatt may be behaving in a ridiculous way, but this is also about Alia, a 20 year old girl. She may be an actress and come across worldly wise, but still this is a girl who would be in college in RL, barely out of school and teenage. She was a kid not so long ago. She does not deserve rumors like this just because she or her family is public for this goes beyond gossip.

i understand that suhana is pretty young in this but seriously that thought is disgusting

It is these kind of people that make me think that the world is very dumb.

In any case if mahesh and pooja had a child it wouldnt obviously survive as the child would have gene abnormality. Even i know that, its basic biology.

Don't want to comment on anything else but this is untrue.

Yes, a father and daughter having a child would cause gene abnormalities, but this would be the unmasking of recessive genes and alleles. It is still possible to have a child, but based on the combination of genes or alleles the child may or may not have health issues. Problems caused by recessive alleles normally show up when mating within a family continues for generations.

Unfortunately thats how rumorurs start. Today everyone is criticizing it , tomorrow there will be discussions on it " My friend's uncle who is from industry said so and so ...".
Thankfully Aliya resembles Soni but the reality is she shares 50 % of gene pool from Soni and 50 % from her father. Even Pooja has acquired 50 % genepool from her father. The step sisters do have a high probability of resembling each other.
