I like the off-screen personality of Shraddha amongst all the newbies. She's not vicious, hyper, OTT or the jealous kinds. Very grounded and one of the sweet kinds. And not to mention, she looks great. She has those eternal beauty kinda vibes to her...

Aditya's smile is bewitching..Very genuine and chilled out..So its a false myth Ranbir can only be friends with elitists..Aditya seems anything but snooty...The boy next door kinds with no ego whatsoever.As an actor he is strictly average but since he has such a gorgeous face,charm and down to earth persona I hope he hons his skills and goes a long way.Doesnt seem very ambitious though like the other newbies Sushant,Sid,Varun etc.

Shradda is beautiful.The prettiest out of all the new actresses..But her personality is so blah.Nothing exciting or intriguing.She was so bland in Aashiqui 2 as well.Just that chemistry with Aditya worked amazingly.None of these new gen actresses can be called a complete package.Alia is vivacious,bubbly but looks too like a teen and behaves immaturely offscreen.Can act but cant fit into roles of all age group.Parineeti though not a looker is a natural onscreen.Fantastic actress.But offscreen ,she comes across as overbearing and dominating..Shradda is stunning but below avg acting skills and meh offscreen.None of these ladies are great dancers as well..hmm quite disappointing when compared to Madz,Juhi,Kajol,Aish,PZ,Rani,Kareena,PC eras.

from all the current young actor the only one who dont use the media to gain popularity but he has the personality and the good acting skills that make people love him this is ARK not other overated actor
