There was a time when Kareena Kapoor and Shahid Kapur were inseparable. We know Kareena has now moved on and is happily married to Saif Ali Khan. But what we didn't know was that the ex lovers can't stand each other's sight. Bollywood witnessed one of the biggest showdowns of two ex lovers at the rehearsals of a film award function in Mumbai.

Both Kareena and Shahid had to rehearse a day before the award function and both wanted the same slot in the evening. Though Shahid was the first one to get the slot and reach on time, Kareena made sure she finds out who is rehearsing at that time and why she is not being given the time slot that she wants. Once the Bollywood diva found out that it was because of Shahid Kapur she was not getting the requested slot she apparently lost her cool with the organisers. She sent a stern message to them saying they should know who the star performer is and who should be given priority! "I am Kareena Kapoor Khan and I will rehearse when I wish", were her exact words.

The organisers were in a spot. They then requested Shahid asking him to rehears a couple of hours later, the actor initially agreed but once he found the reason behind it, he too was heard blowing his top with the production crew. By then it was too late and Kareena had landed up and was already on the stage practicing with her choreographer. Shahid asked the production crew to send a message to her saying that she should wrap fast as Shahid has to rehearse next and he has a shoot to go to. Of course that message didn't reach Bebo as no one from the crew had the guts to pass this message from Shahid to Kareena. An eyewitness who was backstage said, "The atmosphere was so tense we thought both will come face to face and have a showdown any minute. Some crew members made sure they don't cross path hence their vanity vans were at different ends and even entry points given to them were different."

Well Kareena Kapoor Khan had her way this time. She rehearsed at the time she wanted and as long as she wanted. We are told she did take more than the usual time actors take for rehearsals. Left with no option an angry Shahid was waiting in his vanity van making frantic calls to the head of the event company. After waiting for an hour and a half he was in no mood to rehearse, he did go on the stage but called it a day soon. Our source added, "Shahid left straight from the stage obviously he was not in a good mood. Unke saath galat hua (What happened with him was wrong)."

Sooner or later the two actors were bound to cross path but no one thought it would be this messy.

this makes the other "exes" look more mature than them 😆

Anyway she should not be very proud of her sstardom, she is going down and few years from now shahid will be bigger star than her

similar thing has happened before too at another awards show a few years ago. it was when priyanka and shahid were together and then there was some dispute between pc and kareena about rehearsals and there was even a pic of pc, kareena and shahid standing there, and kareena looked quite pissed lol
