I've anyways seen posts on this forum saying if this film is lower than 200cr then it's a fail. But I'm pleasantly surprised with some responses from people I know over here - they said the film is masala but they enjoyed the message and if anything, that has to be applauded.

Just came back from the movies..loved loved loved Jai Ho. It's much better than K3 and CE. Jai Ho also has a good message and it's a very emotional film. But it also has comedy so it's a perfect balance. So proud of Salman for doing good films like this instead of crappy mindless masala garbage. There wasn't a second where I was bored. Kudos to the director..it's a very entertaining film. The heroine in the film isn't a bad actress..she's good..just not that pretty though. Tabu and Salman are the best part from the film. And Tabu's son too is good actor. Salma action scenes 😳

I just wish the songs were better...could have helped the movie do better business.

Heard the movie is great.. Cant go watch it coz exams hai.. Wish it wont be a flop..

Just for the record, I enjoyed this movie. Thought it was Salman's best film since Wanted. Much better then Ek Tha Tiger, Bodyguard, Dabang 2 and Ready.







Overall 7/10 for me. Good movie.

Sallu was great, his action sequences were good as always and he is in top shape for a 48 year old.

Daisy was decent, not a bad looker either, I thought she was hilarious in the scenes with that little kid.

Sana was barely there, but she is gorgeous, if given an opportunity I believe she could make it big.

Tabu was excellent, that scene where that gunda grabs her top was amazing.

Overall I thought the story was decent, the action scenes and comedy scenes were good. I enjoyed it.

The songs were rubbish though, and the film could have done with a smaller star cast, it was like a gang bang at times. What was the point of Sunil Shetty?!

Oh and the whole "don't say thank you, help three people instead" line got on my nerves as they repeated it like 324 times throughout the movie,
