He has express that displeasure coz even strangers(not his fans) meeting him started calling him that, while his brothers n very close ppl call him that... Even reporters address him that only when there is a press meet, like they say "Bhai yeh batana" "Bhai interview karni hai"... seen it in many red carpet of events video.

yeah i just watched the video on it, the media sound like seagulls...no wonder he was annoyed
