Dhoom 3 Opens Housefull on Sunday Across India.

Dhoom 3 has opened to Housefull boards on Sunday (3rd Day) all over India in Morning shows. Film is open to Historic start on Sunday with collections for Morning shows is better than both the previous days. This is astounding as First Day itself saw history created. First Day Morning shows opened to around 85% on average. But on Sunday opening is above 90% all over India. Even in places where cold wave is flowing there also film has opened to Housefull boards.

Dhoom 3 has opened to 95-100% occupancy in Mumbai, Pune, Gurgaon in Morning shows. In Kanpur occupancy for Morning shows is around 90-95% which is much better than its previous days. Delhi also has open big with 90%+ occupancy for the same. Hyderabad is again historic with occupancy of around 98-100% reported there.

Single Screens across India is still to start. If film takes Massive start there also for the day, then huge day is on cards at box office.

Dhoom 3 has open to Housefull boards on Sunday Morning shows. Collections should be similar for the rest of the day also. And if film sustains well on Night shows then there is absolute possibility that First Day record of Dhoom 3 might be smashed again. This is really huge and unprecedented for the film.

Dhoom 3 has fulfilled its aim of doing the unprecedented for Bollywood. Not only giving an unmatchable action film, this Aamr Khan starrer is setting newer records at the box office smashing mostly all the older ones that had prevailed. The film that made 36 crores on its first day is gearing up to set newer trends at the box office.

1) Dhoom 3 with its first day income saw the Biggest Single Day collection ever beating Krrish 3s record of35.91 crores on its 1st Monday.

2) Dhoom 3 now holds the record for Biggest Non holiday Friday beating the opening day collections of bothYeh Jawaani Hai Deewani and Dabangg 2.

3) Dhoom 3 recorded the Highest First Day collections ever till date beating Chennai Express first day collections of 33.10 crores.

4) The film recorded an opening day earning of US $1,279,000 in U.A.E-G.C.C, which is the highest ever in the circuit.

5) The film earned US $1,100,000 in North America (which includes both U.S.A and Canada) which is again the highest opening in that circuit.

6) In U.K, the film earned US $400,000, hence making it the highest non holiday income ever on its opening day.

7) In Australia, the film opened to a collection of US $172,300 which is the highest opening ever in the circuit. The previous highest opening in the region was Shah Rukh Khan's Jab Tak Hai Jaan at USD 77,000.

8) In Pakistan, the film earned $210,000 again the highest opening ever for any film in the circuit.

9) The film also recorded the highest opening day collection worldwide by earning 56.80 crores worldwide.

10) And finally, this was Aamir Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Uday Chopra and Katrina Kaif's best box office performance ever.

i think komoi only reported 25.2 cr for K3 on friday

Dhoom 3 is set emerge a huge blockbuster as it showed a phenomenal trend on Saturday. The second day today has become the key as business is now just about the first 20-25 days even for the films which sustain. The film is now sure to have extraordinary collections over the weekdays.

Dhoom 3 has hardly dropped on Saturday with early estimates in the 29.50 crore nett range. The trend is phenomenal as multiplexes had collections matching Friday with some places even better. After such a bumper start a 15-20% drop would have been a good trend but the drop here is much less.

North India has seen phenomenal collections despite the weather which is leaving morning and night shows lower at places but still the film is putting up never seen before numbers.

The film is easily the biggest hit of the year and its all about where does it end now.
