Few days ago. There was similar artical how deepika replaced katrina for pani.which yash raj denied. Even that was yash raj pr . Right. Deepika is so innocent. As if we are not hearing how deepika replaces other actress from begenning of the year. Deepikas pr is the most agressive pr in bollywood

Knew it, I think one section of the media is very keen on spreading some actor's replacing news. Few days back Varun was thought to be removed from Milan Talkies which was then trashed by Timangshu, now Kareena's one is being done by Karan. Imran is also targetted and I hpe Vikram soon clears the rumours.

Kareena Kapoor has not been replaced by Deepika Padukone in Karan Johar's Shuddhi', BizAsia can confirm.

Earlier today news surfaced that Padukone was replacing Kapoor after rumours that Johar was unhappy with the latter's failure in Gori Tere Pyaar Mein'. Padukone had already replaced in Kapoor in this year's hit film Ram-Leela' due to contractual issues with Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

Johar confirmed the news on Twitter, "Kareena Kapoor is very much a part of SHUDHI...which stars Hrithik Roshan...directed by Karan Malhotra...the film will commence next year.."

Shuddhi' also stars Hrithik Roshan and will be Roshan-Kapoor's first film together in 12 years.
