out of all the khans salman has been the only 1 to deliver hits with new comers, not so popular actress as well as the very popular actresses. I do think that kat contributed to the success of the movie she was the number 1 actress at that time. and if u think about it besides kat the only other top actress that he worked with was kareena( although i dnt think she is any good) and that didnt do as well as ett. but alot of factors worked in their fav curiosity about whether they can finally make a good pair; their break up and the movie was really; really good. bt can she be the sole reason for the success of the film hell no salman is a much bigger star than her and whether she is in his movies or not they will always do well.

so far Kat has done films with stars in it...her upcoming line up has some none established stars, when they release, we will know...btw, the hype surrounding ETT was HUGE...thats why it worked, everyone got to know about the film..

Asin is not a superstar.Wnted is a blockbuster and the whole credit goes to salman.

I feel both salman and katrina contributed to ETT's success.If katrina has huge fan following then so has salman.People came to watch both of them.
