Hrithik's statement is kinda manipulative, it makes it sound as if he was blindsided by Suzanne who just up and decided to leave their 17 year marriage, and that too while her poor loving husband is recovering from surgery, the poor thing. Whereas, as callous as it sounds, even according to Rakesh Roshan, the first surgery was a routine, simple procedure, he is in the US for a checkup, not more surgery, again as confirmed by his dad. In fact people are calling it a break, which is more likely what is it. And it makes no mention of the reason why she decided to end their relationship, a decision that could not have been easy on her.

The stories of Hrithik's infidelity have been making the rounds since even before they were married (Kareena anyone?), and there are too many such rumors for it to be a total fabrication. But the thinking seems to be that even if the husband is not faithful, the wife needs to stand by him through every little setback he suffers. Everyone who is ike "why now?", well the answer is, why not? Hrithik would have found a way to get sympathy whenever this had happened.

I am a little disappointed in him. He could have handled it more gracefully instead of feeling sorry for himself. Does he want Suzanne to make a statement too and make things uglier?

Im sorry to say i blame Suzaane on causing the spilit since now its been said by them..as she was the one in news..HR has had no rumor since Barbara and that was years ago..had they wanted call quits then they would have, and now when hubby going through health issues shes at an art exhibition? Thats ridiclious.. Plus his sis in law and others were seen with him so they know hes not in the wrong but her..makes sense now!!

Hrithik's statement that Suzanne has decided to leave him, good job confirming that she's had enough of the philandering ways and putting up a front, dude.

(This is not to say that was his intent, of course his choice of words makes him an douchebag just as Abby said.)

The reason for a possible separation is that the two feel they are better off staying and living on their own than being under one roof. Hrithik's alleged fling with Barbara Mori and Sussanne's growing friendship with Mehr Jessias husband Arjun Rampal have also set many tongues wagging.

It was in the news since sometime. Nothing surprises with regards to Bollywood marriages. Most of them are a sham anyway.

He almost makes it sound like Sussane decided to end the marriage single handedly..which may be true given the fact that HR has been seeing/ having affairs with other women. Every woman cannot be a KAJOL and accept a philandering husband.

EXACTLY...

The 17 years down the drain when she did not visit him when it was dangerous and he might not have come out of that surgery...😕. Little compassion for a person you have spent your life with...but she was seen partying...maybe so was hell lot of fed up with the marriage...

The timing is wrong.

And then she did ZNMD with Hrithik difference was...they weren't really together...Hrithik probably spend more time with Akhtar and Deol...but BANG BANG all alone in exotic Greece...🤗and again SEE YA SUZZY!
