One thing about the industry is that nothing succeds quite like success. If Ranveer puts his head down and works his ass off, it will only be time before Kjo comes knocking.
And I agree with another thing you said- Deepika and he should keep their relationship low profile. It is important to be seen as single and a virgin prince/princess no matter what shenanigans you do, for you to go a long way.
I don't want to agree with this, but I do very much agree with it because it holds truth in the real world. Keeping your personal life out of the media, no matter what you're doing at home, is much more beneficial in the long term with regards to image and so on than any short term benefit it brings through publicity.
Personally, my reason for not wanting Ranveer to make his personal life promotional fodder is primarily because of Ranbir's example. The guy is a great actor and most likely the one who will be following the Khans' footsteps in stardom, but you see him stuck in so much news and speculation because of his personal issues that many people dislike him, don't buy into his 'brand' and even go so far as denying his talent. A lot of that is his own fault yes, but as you said, he should have and is free to going about anything he wanted, just out of the media eye.
Secondarily, with regards to Ranveer particularly, I don't believe the relationship will last. This industry breeds too competitive an atmosphere for a healthy and committed bond to sustain over a long period of time, and I know that each one of these people in the younger lot are extremely ambitious. They will make decisions keeping their livelihood, aspirations and future in mind to achieve as much as they can, as long as they are marketable. I don't see love lasting in a landscape like that, so it's better to enjoy, experience and live through it yourself rather than sharing both the good and ugly of it with the whole world.
