It is so strange to me how obsessed Indians are with the way a boy and girl "look" together. In India, are only spectacularly beautiful girls with the perfect age gap worthy of love? Or is it that Indian men are so immature, girls can't take them seriously unless they are at least ten years older?

I think this is why so many Indian "love" stories are really just superficial "like" and/or "lust" stories. The boy and girl look "nice" or "hot" so the audience believes. Real love stories have characters that decide whether an audience will believe a pair fall in love. Did you ever see Green Card or My Big Fat Greek Wedding or (I could go on and on so better stop)... In those films, the actors were not physically matched, but the love was believable because the characters were.

Having said that, I think s and s "look" fine together anyway and even if you judge superficially don't see what the fuss is about.
