Possibly because Grand Masti...another comedy turned out to be such a huge hit ...so people chose not to go for this one..also it's screens got reduced for the same reason..

Its his bad luck, wat else😒. Plus he does this disappearing act and comes after long intervals and in the mean time newbies like Sushant, Arjun and Ranveer eats up the space. So couldn't pull crowds for the first day first show also inspite of being such a terrific star actor.

It wasn't really all that funny, but it was a decent entertainer.
It should've atleast recovered costs.

Look at Besharam, trash movie but first day business was terrific because of Ranbir.

Agree..Maneesh Sharma had health problems..that ate away some months..before that...Since Pankaj wanted him exclusively for Mausam..and that kept getting delayed..in part due to Sonam's health issues..almost 2 years Shahid could not do any other film..here he is not at fault for being absent...just his luck...

Love Shahid for the fact..that he hardly cribbed...he is marching on..trying new things..taking risks..giving his 200%.. 😆 😳

I know he never cribs much and let bygones be bygones but in the long run that does effect his star power. I just hope from here on he chooses smart movies and keeps away distractions(read GFs) atleast for some time😊.

It was indeed a good movie. It might turn out one of those ... The kind of movies which do bad in BO, but with time and television becomes a hit. 😆

It was good One time watch theatre experience.. but films Plots were Outdated..

and as someOne said a same genre film was hit and Running...

Also another smart thing he is doing now is listening to narrations for future films while shooting for the current one...it seems before he never used to do that..he used to complete one film..then only think about future ones... 😛 😆
