Like I have been saying. Producer's imagination is the limit now. After seeing Roshans major unethical behavior I have started respecting Salman and Arbaaz. There were huge expectations from Dabangg2. It was a home production. If they wanted they could have similarly manipulated the figures. But they didnt go for huge manipulation.

Anyways for 2014 SRK fans are set. The last big commercial release is HNY next Diwali. We will surely do 1000cr. 🥳

I really doubt BOI now...they change the status of movies from time to time 😲 and as for k3 not just taran but many other analysts hv given same figures so now i am sure the figures given by them are more or less correct

Only today, because the business has grown by leaps and bounds. Sholay, HAHK, Gadar all held the records for 5+ years.

BOI is the Gold standard in Box office numbers, whether people like it or not. Producers lie, people like TA and Koimoi can be bought for a few bucks, but nobody even knows who runs BOI. So they have the image of unbiased journalism which works great in there favor. I also think they have some standards unlike TA who can't wait to declare films Blockbusters and ATBB. A BOI ATBB is a real blockbuster IMO.

And yes figures are corrected, they have that disclaimer on there page. They don't claim the early figures to be the final figures.

Like the article states, follow one site, but always stick to that. I see some CE fans are now quoting BOI numbers because it suits them but 3 months back the same fans couldn't rip BOI enough.

I'm a BOI advocate because nobody else suits me. To each his own.
