Btw...all my plans to see the film on Friday have flopped...because its sold out completely in Delhi! Not just Friday, even Saturday and Sunday!😕

@You, I am keeping an eye on the booking...in the all-india booking site, the tickets seem to be selling real fast...especially in Mumbai. And mind you, the bookings have just opened a few hours ago...so by tomorrow, we can expect to see most shows sold out in those cities too!

Now I am really curious how critics will respond to this type of SLB film, it is very different from his other films.

I think the reviews for the film will be mixed...critics who usually like Masala films will give it excellent reviews while people like Masand and Anupama, who are more balanced, will give it so-so and the likes of Raja Sen will probably trash it!

The new title is not that bad...everyone was already aware of the tag-line...they have just added it before Ram-Leela instead of after it!

Anyway, its too late for all this nonsense...this film will always be known as RL!

@You...someone was getting worried about RL team not going to meet Faridoon and TA...I am sure, if they are meeting Faridoon, they will never ditch TA! Expect good reviews from them now!😆

Was able to book tickets for late night show Had to do lot of jugaad for this! Seems the demand is huge right now!

Yes...but one of the members told me that if the advance booking is very strong, the multiplexes usually increase the number of shows...and then, tickets might be available! I will try again on Friday...else, I will book for the Tuesday show...don't want to come back from India without watching this film!

I don't know about other places, but what I am hearing from my friends and family in Delhi...this film is poised to take a huge start there! Delhi is the second biggest market in India after Mumbai!

Even the single screens are coming sold out! Kya baat hai!!!

I will update on the booking status for Gujrat and places like Bangalore, after checking the PVR Website!

@Fountainhead, worst comes to worst, even I will have to do some jugaad!😆 My brother's office team has booked an entire PVR for RL Friday show...usmi kaise bhi kar ke ghusna hoga!

PVR is still not showing advance booking counter open for cities other than Delhi! Why?😕 Especially, when other multiplexes and single screens have started taking bookings!!!

Lets see how it opens in UAE tomorrow...

Actors Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh today said that their upcoming movie Ram-Leela is a simple love story and has nothing to do with Indian history. The Delhi High Court has stayed Ram-Leela's scheduled release on November 15 after a petition was filed accusing the film for hurting religious sentiments.

The Ram-Leela co-stars spoke to NDTV and the highlights are as follows:

Ranveer: Through the years we've had love stories named after protagonists. Ram and Leela are common names. I think we focus on what we are here to do, no one wants the nuisance of signing vakaltnamas. We wouldn't in a thousand years think of resorting to such tactics for publicity. The buzz about the film went through the roof after the release of the first trailer, record number of hits on YouTube," Ranveer said.

Deepika: The film has nothing to do with Indian history. We have our censor certificate and there is no issue with the film. Films are made to entertain an audience and not to hurt anyone's sentiments. We're making a love story and not about anything else. It is a bit early to be reacting to something which people don't know about. I don't think we would intentionally give a controversial title for eyeballs. We are confident about the content of the movie," Deepika said.
