Detailed Analysis:

Krrish'took the story of Koi Mil Gaya' successfully ahead by establishing India's first original super-hero. And you start thinking next what? But here comes Krrish 3' that adds completely new dimensions to a super-hero film with a powerful villain, stronger emotions and family drama.

Kaal is handicapped but has extraordinary powers. He has created these mutants called Maanvars -combination of Maanavs and Jaanwars. Being a superhero, Krrish has to fight these beings with unknown powers but only with the help of his father, Rohit Mehra.

Krrish3' is the synergy of Koi Mil Gaya' and Krrish' and their goodness combined. The screenplay is full of entertainment and emotional capsules throughout. Hrithik Roshan is phenomenal especially as the old father, Rohit Mehra. Hrithik is once again outstanding in a film directed by his father. But Vivek Oberoi as Kaal steals the show. Powerful villain who can use only two fingers to destroy all. Kangana looks menacing and Priyanka does complete justice to her role. Amitabh Bachchan introduces the film and Mohnish Bahl as Vivek Oberoi's poster father and Rajpal Yadav in a brief role are fairly good.

Music is big minus especially God Allah Aur Bhagwan' but surprisingly other songs are not bad as it seemed on small screen. Though film misses that one big hit song. Editing is crisp and dialogues are fairly good. Choreography is big minus and so are the costumes.
It gives you a taste of larger-than-life movie from 80s in Bollywood. And that is why the real winner is director Rakesh Roshan who again proves his command over medium and masses. Film has such a fine balance of emotions, action, romance and VFX. And yes, Red Chillies has done tremendous job with VFX.

Film will take a thunderous opening tomorrow and such a holiday will coupled with widest release will give it further boost. Film is set to break many records and do not wonder if it creates history at box office. This diwali Roshans will roshan the box office!

What is it all about?

The third installment of Krrish does set a bar on India's ability to pull a sci fi super hero on its soil and technically it lives up to its expectation but this desi superhuman circus favours more to the comic -con nerds and less to the non sci fi and others.

The Story

Rakesh Roshan takes the story further with the screenplay of Robin Bhatt, Honey Irani,Irfan Kamal,and Akarsh Khurana without adding much layers but spreading message that there is a superhero in everyone. The movie starts with a quick recap of the previous two installments and we see Krishna (Hrithik Roshan) happily married to Priya (Priyanka Chopra). Father Rohit Mehra (Hrithik again) is scientist dreaming of bringing life back again with the help of sun rays... Kaal (Vivek Oberoi) is the goliath in this devil v/s goliath saga who has created his own army of "maanvars", a combination of man and animal and he wants to rule the world.. one of his main weapon is Kaaya (Kangana Ranaut) who is a human chameleon. Divulging rest of the details will be a spoil sport.. but guessing the outcome doesn,t requires you to be a Einstein.

What to look out for

Rakesh Roshan and Red Chillies take the credit for bringing India at par with Hollywood.. yes we had seen the magnificent Rajanikanth's Robot which was up to international standards but what makes Krrish 3 remarkable is the fact that the special effects are done here and not imported from west.. Rakesh Roshan smartly uses the themes of the previous movies to build an entertainer and introduces Krrish with that mind-blowing sequence of Krrish saving the plane from crash landing. Siu-Tung Ching and Sham Kaushal action is spectacular. Salim Suleiman background is fantastic. Chandan Arora editing is sharp. Production values are exceptional. Special mention needs to be made for Mike H.G. Bates and Mike Stringer for their exceptional make up job. Hrithik Roshan reserves his best for Rakesh Roshan and here B-town most handsome man and the best body dancer is superb. As Rohit Mehra he climbs steps further as an actor and as Krrish he is simply stunning and as Krishna he is so likable.. Hrithik gives it all over here.. he is first rate. Vivek Oberoi is sensational .his presence spreads terror on screen and that's a biggest achievement for an actor. Though Hrithik is the biggest USP but it owes to Vivek Oberoi's cruel portray of villainy in the movie that makes this David v/s goliath saga absorbing till the end. Priyanka Chopra fits the bill and Kangana Ranaut does a remarkable job.

What not

The movie does set a bar on india's ability to pull a sci fi super hero on its own.. great.. but why stick to those banal roots and rely on those mundane gimmicks of unnecessary song and dance.. Kaaya falling for Krrish and dying in his arms.. all these could have being tolerated if Rakesh Roshan had made the first half gripping with more action and CGI vow moments.. but alas after he stunning plane sequence there is a long wait for the next super hero action packed happening..the second half is what we want to see in an CGI super hero flick.. we won,t mind even if we get reminded of the X-Men in the due course..

Conclusion: Made In India Krrish 3 dazzling special effects is a treat for those comic -con nerds who doesn,t care to see what's beneath or beyond in a movie..
