Going the current trend of box office estimations, now i got the point why Rakesh roshan want to release the film on Day aftre diwali? If K3 would have been release on Monday (Pareva holiday), it will surely beat the record of CE n ETT with min 35Cr in single day!!!

The way its going now, i think K3 will not even beat agneepath first day record of 21.3 Cr. although my hearts still says K3 will touch around 26-27Cr today!!

I understand that but Krrish 3 in my opinion is film that has got legs. Take CE for example according to Taran Adarsh it did Rs. 156.70cr in week 1 and Rs. 43.85cr in week 2. That when it crossed 100 crores in 3.5 days only. Krrish 3 in my opinion is a different film to that. To me it's a film that may not get humongous numbers in few days but it will get decent number for more days which in the end is all the same I think. It's release period is such that till Sunday anything above 60 crores looks great to me. It's "opening weekend" will in a way be on Monday and Tuesday and it will earn much more if WOM stays good which currently it is. We just have to be patient till that time. That's all. Not give into whether KRK was right or wrong and other BS.😊

Guys all my cousins, nephews are loving this movie! Saw some ppl giving reviews on TV!! Everyone had very good things to say about the movie!! Hopefully it picks up more over the weekend!!

the night shows playing the spoil sport i think next 2 days the scenario will be similar!!! MOnday(is a big holiday Krrish need to cash in to score big on 1st week)

KRRISH 3 Scores Fairly Good Day One

''Krrish 3'' was one of the most awaited films of the year 2013 and today film opened to packed houses in the morning. Film is the big and only hope for distributors and exhibitors this Diwali.

Film has opened to amazing occupancy all over close to 90% in morning and as expected film started dipping from 4 pm onwards due to festivities. Though few cynics will twist this fact against the film but still film has done fairly good business.

One has to keep in mind that today is a working day and also in evening people will prefer shopping over movie especially in north and west. Film has good word of mouth and that is why film will continue to bring audience in big numbers and Monday will be a huge day.

As per early trends, film should collect 20.75 - 21.50 cr nett which is still a big number and close to biggest non holiday opener. Film has also taken a big start overseas with close to 5 cr in UAE in 2 days and 3 cr in rest of the world.
