Wow bluecrusher, that article was an eye-opener. I always knew Sush was a homewrecker but some of the things in that article were quite shocking. It kinda makes you wonder how she was allowed to adopt 2 little girls with this kind of history behind her.

Sushmita is an excellent speaker with the ability to charm anyone listening for sure, that she has cultivated over the years since getting the crown. Due to that ability she comes across as down to earth,classy and approachable woman which IMO is a total facade and she is as bitchy as one can get. Her temper tantrums and diva attitude is anyway talked about in all the shows she does and ppl who have worked for her vouch for it.

I think Sushmita Sen has exceptionally good conversational skills. I don't find her arrogant. I just think she's opinionated and unapologetic. So she speaks what she feels like.

I admire her for her journey from a tomboyish girl to India's first Miss Universe. And also for adopting her daughters. She is instrumental in at least attacking the notions against adoption in India. So I'd always admire her for that.

She seems confident despite the ups and downs in her life. She's quite open in her public interactions, smiling towards all...she looks genuine.

I have always felt she has mishandled her career and life in many ways. No wonder she seems to speak on herself. It's not just proud people who speak on themselves. Often those who have made mistakes and are trying to take stock of their lives also tend to talk about themselves.

Despite controversies and lows, she mostly uses right words as she speaks. And hasn't really made a total joke of herself unlike some other Ivy League educated and so called Gold medalist heroines.

Sush lacks tact in the way she handles all aspects of her life. But no way does she lack tact in the way she speaks.

Poppy, actually, I felt Aishwarya was quite bubbly and open about her life in the 90s. Even though she never openly admitted to having a relationship with Salman, she indulged in PDA with him, and used to give coy smiles when asked about him in interviews, so everyone knew about them though she never directly said she was dating him - this was completely amiss after that Salman episode. If you observe the way she held herself with Vivek Oberoi, or even Abhishek till she got married to him, you can clearly make out this big change that happened to her. She suddenly became reserved and distanced herself, but this was only with the media who wrote nasty things about her. In all her fan interactions, she is believed to be warm and kind.

There are a lot of actresses with a shady part like Katrina? I am genuinely curious as to who they are..

Coming to Sushmita, I think she is an excellent speaker and was a deserving Miss Universe, but as a person I am not really a fan of hers. Her own vices lead to her downfall. Aishwarya on the other hand didn't take her Miss World title for granted and worked much harder, which is why she is where she is today. In fact, she faced way more challenges in her life than any heroine did (panga with the Khans etc), yet she never gave up and kept fighting with her dignity intact.

See I find her classy b/c when she's talking for a cause she sounds well-learnt and uses proper but clear language and speaks with warmth.

I don't know about her earlier interviews but her recent/latter ones, she quite calm, composed and sounds intelligent.

Let's remember that KWK is a different aura altogether. He expects them to "act" or "behave" in a certain demeanor. It's suppose to be racy and scandalous and so Sush seems to be trying to hard. But I don't find her "arrogant" perse in other interviews. Like Aish is clearly not made for a KWK show, while Sonam, Parineeti and Kareena totally are.😆 I personally love Vidya and Lara the most b/c they are ALWAYS the same--be it KWK or Anupama or other places. Very smart and witty women but a bit raunchier on KWK.

Karan gets tired when ppl talk on and on and don't play but his rules. He was pretty peeved with Abhi too b/c he kept explaining his answers. 😆
