Priyanka Chopra has No Insecurities
Much before Rakesh Roshan's superhero flick Krrish 3 hits the screens on Diwali, reports of the battle between its two actresses Priyanka Chopra, the romantic lead opposite hero Hrithik Roshan, and Kangna Ranaut, cast as an evil mutant in the film, have been doing the rounds.
We don't know if the reports are being plugged by the film's makers as a smart publicity hype to highlight the rivalry the two actresses may share on screen, but it has definitely kept both in the news.
Priyanka, however, underplayed all such talk. " It's strange that people believe in stories that two actresses on set are bound to have problems. I have worked in two- heroine films in the past without any issue - Barfi and Fashion were recent examples," she told Mail Today on Saturday.

The buzz, in fact, has been that Priyanka refused to share a stage with Kangna while promoting the film. " I am not insecure and we both have distinct roles in the film. I am a thorough professional and as promotions will start, we will be seen together," Priyanka said.
Krrish 3 will give her an extension to her role of the TV journalist she played in the last film, who falls in love with the superhero. In this film, the two are shown to be living in Mumbai after marriage even as Krrish wages a battle against the superhuman villain Kaal, played by Vivek Oberoi.
" In superhero films, the heroine has little to do but there is duality in my role, it has positive and negative shades. It was as good as doing a double role," she said.
Over the past two years, Priyanka has been practically handling two careers simultaneously, as an actress and as a singer. The hectic schedule and lack of personal time, she said, boosts her creative instincts. " One has to work in two completely different working setups and handle new challenges," Priyanka, who will come up with her third single sometime in December, said.
In Bollywood, she has Gunday and the Mary Kom biopic coming up.
