I think, she's trying to say if the movie works, credit will go to all of them, but if it doesn't work people will blame the heroine (& the hero) only. But if the movie doesn't work then who cares who played what part.

Like in Aitraz PeeCee had the interesting character, but Bebo was the wife aka heroine. So, if the movie had flopped people would have counted that movie as Bebo's flop.

may be PC's role is shorter than Kangana's😆

OK, now I understand. what PC was trying to say is

if it works, Credit goes to everyone. if the movie flops, people will count that movie as my(PC) flop as I'm the heroine of this movie, right mogli?😆
