During Lootera's promotions (which is still fresh in my head)..he always used to praise Sonakshi and how people should come and watch Lootera for Sonakshi Sinha's performance. Further, he used to joke around with her, how is there anything she can't do onscreen? Mind you, Sonakshi hardly ever said to come and watch Lootera for Ranveer or any of that except rarely. ..but even then, Ranveer has said that many times and it seemed rather sincere especially since Sonakshi was brilliant as Pakhi. So, for him to say that he never paid attention to his costars prior to Ram Leela is exaggerated. Lets not forget how Ranveer's a really good actor..and any good actor would pay attention to the film in its entirety and not just something as silly as how beautiful his costar is, at least that's definitely NOT the only thing.

I only saw Sona-Veer promoting Lootera on that Kapil show! Sona seemed more like a girl with the guys & was just having fun with him. Didn't see any telltale signs of romance brewing! But there was one segment where a stupid fan questioned her abt her weight & he was quick to jump to her rescue! The cameredrie was there to see!

In RL promotions, he has been unusually quiet which was worrisome but this goofy IV makes me feel better😆

I found them annoying from time to time because they used to argue and have banters and ended up forgetting that they were on national television..but, at the same time you would only do that with someone who you're very comfortable with. Ranveer sensed Anushka's insecurities from time to time, and seemed protective of her. When he spoke of her, it was just different...you'd see the depth of Ranveer as a person and how he's more than someone who tends to get attracted to every other beautiful woman he's working with/sees.. (which he admits to himself). Even today, when reporters ask him about Anushka he speaks very fondly of her and you kinda see a different side to him. The bit where he says he's too good to be Anushka Sharma's boyfriend was not sarcastic or an attempt to take a dig at her, if that's what some may be thinking, I always felt that was a compliment and him merely being very honest.
