Now I've broken up with Arjun Kapoor: Alia Bhatt

Mumbai, Oct. 8 -- Alia Bhatt is currently busy with multiple films and endorsements. But that has not stopped her from making headlines, thanks to her alleged link-up with her Two States co-star, Arjun Kapoor. When asked about it, she says, "I am still in the news for dating Arjun. Interestingly, now the latest update I have heard is that I have broken up with him."

Alia adds, "News like this will come and go, it doesn't bother me. It's not true. He's a good friend and fun to hang out with." At the same time, she does admit that she has no qualms about falling in love with an actor. "When I do fall in love, it will be about the person and not his profession. I am an actor myself, and I would surely want someone to fall in love with me," she says.

The young star is also thrilled with the compliments Ranbir Kapoor recently showered on her for her performance in Imtiaz Ali's upcoming film, Highway. But about the rumours that she's doing a cameo in Ranbir's first co-production, Jagga Jasoos, she says, "I spoke to Ranbir and I was thrilled that he saw the film, but as for doing any project with him, that's not true. If there is a development in the future, and if the news is confirmed, it will be out there."

Colour looks good on me

Alia has become a fashion icon and says that Karan Johar and Manish Malhotra gave her style advice. At recent events, she has been looking thinner too. "I went to London recently, where I did a lot of walking," she says.

Alia has been bagging endorsements for major brands lately, the latest being Maybelline Color Show. "I love colour and funky shades," she quips. "Colour looks good on me," she says.
