hmm i am not sure how can the quota system can be brought into this issue where bollywood is concerned.

the question is there hasn't been any person rising from the ashes who could be an inspiration for those poor people looking for help and bollywood will not accept it.

Bollywood is purely based on looks and sorry to sound harsh but majority of Dalits aren't good looking. 😕 Of course if a movie is based on Dalits maybe they can act in them.
