Which actor has the worst voice and dialogue delivery?

We always sl*g heroines off for not having pitch-perfect voice modulation and dialogue delivery. What about the actors?
I was watching Lootere on TV and I seriously couldn't comprehend half the dialogues of Ranveer. Especially when it was next to the crystal-clear voice of Sonakshi. It was so indistinct and wandering - drove me nuts. I was constantly changing the volume range on my TV whenever it was his turn to speak.

A lot of the newbies struggle with mumbling. In SOTY, for the life of me, I couldn't understand what Sid and Varun said. Ranveer has mumbling issues too. I had to rewind RL trailer 5 times to understand what he was saying.

Everything about Imran is boring. Also, Akshay in OUTAIMD trailers. Baad dialogue delivery & non-existant modulation.

Ranveer , he looked worse coz I like Sonakshi's dialogue delivery n he looked horrible in comparison in lootera, d other is Imraan Khan , he chews his words up.

Yeah. SUshant is another one. The reason I could never warm to him is because his voice sounds so immature and muffled. And half of his dialogues trail off to nothingness.. like the double ellipses we use while writing.
