I think there will be comedy because it is a pattern in Rakesh Roshan's films. Remember Vrajesh Hirjee's role in KNPH, and Johnny Lever playing the constable in KMG also there was that guy who said "Just Imagine" in Krrish. Rakesh Sir always adds comedy scenes in his movie. Also in IMDB it is written that Rajpal Yadav is in Krrish 3. His character's name is Mr. Sharma/Verma and there's also an actress who does comedy on TV and she's cast as Mrs. Sharma/Verma. So I believe that they will be in the movie as a married couple to provide certain comic scenes.
Though I know that IMDB may be wrong but if you look closely at a pic from the Krrish 3 Audio CD scans you'll notice that someone who looks like Rajpal yadav is standing in the background wearing a Krrish mask. Check it out yourself. Look at first pic in second row.

RR said the film will have astrong emotional touch with is perfect for india people action without emotion will not give you repeat value

ppl are claiming that this is all superhero films made in the last 2 decades rolled into one- if thats the case give the man an oscar!!

so guys chill ! instead of being proud that in the era of mindless masala era where ppl just want to make a quick buck, there is someone who really wants to do something novel and different, whilst all u can do is bash and still look to hwood like insecure fools, well there is nothing u can do about it.

i am not even indian and i am proud and hopeful for them .
