Just came back from CE gosh what a laugh riot this film is- didnt have any expectations whatsoever because I'm not a Rohit Shetty fan (atleast not of this filmmaking the last film of his I liked was Golmaal) and the music was very unappealing yet I wanted to see this for Deepika and also for my inner closet fangiri for SRK. Must say neither of the trio disappoint. SRK bounced back and HOW all of the jokes of his own movies worked in his favor and the first half Rahul stole the show😳. For me the BEST SCENE of the entire movie (most possible of the entire year so far has to be the sleep kicking scene I swear Deepika needs like all of the awards just for that hilarious scene🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 her expressions were AWESOME)
The music looked and sounded better in the movie - LOVED the cinematography of Titli and Kashmir Main Kanyakumari.
Direction wise I always liked Rohit's style of action its idiosyncratic and he excels at it and it was actually unpredictable too and realistic to an extent (of how the hero doesn't always get the best punches and so forth)

overall a total masala flick as it claims to be - nothing vulgar or double meanings at all just a clean family entertainer (the violence might be a bit too much for family audiences but whatever that can be overlooked) SRK-Deepika jodi is cute and the trio simply rocks

PS- Also AMAZING to see DP's name on top of SRK's kudos for him for that hope some of the other actors follow the same.

^wow...not surprised though the theater I went to was literally full house (that too on a working Tuesday night😲) and mind you I live in a small city
