Katrina if you say success+least talent. Lot of others are not talented but aren't successful either & are just doing more movies due to their "connections"

I wouldn't Salman talent less, which he is not.

But he is a huge superstar and had super success , but no way it matches upto his talent

Exactly!

Salman can do character-based roles or any role, but audiences want to see him in this larger than life avatars and in action or comedies. He's doing what audiences want him to do. It's simple.

It's very "sheepy" to consider Salman a non-actor. You can't remain at the top of Bollywood for 25 years. Apart from the Khans, NO actors in history have remained at the top for so long as the three of them and you can't just achieve that without talent and hard work.

Aishwariya Rai!

Salman and Katrina might not have the acting chops but they are box office magnets and huge crowd pullers. The case of Aishwariya Rai is puzzling though. She has no talent, no box office success or pull, yet she's always managed to stay at the top. She should write a book on PR management. It really is amazing.

Success and Talent go hand in hand, it would be unfair to categorize people as untalented/Least talented. Becoz nothing gets acknowledged without hard work and talent .
