Om Puri did not say it in public. His wife wrote his autobiography and mentioned it to sell the book. Blame it on his wife.

Om Puri walked out of house to his first wife because of this. Huge Drama that.

this is an old news. later om n nandita had big fights n he went back to his 1st wife seema kapoor only to get back with nandita for the sake of their son. that pissed off annu kappor - seema'a bro to no end. donno what the current status is.

Nothing wrong if those were consensual sex. If he's telling the truth, neither the maid nor Om Puri forced each other.

My question is... he talked about his destitution & his struggle (Working in a teashop when he was seven) how could he afford two maids then?

Another question.

If Aditya Pancholi having consensual sex with an under-aged maid is considered rape, an adult maid having consensual sex with a 14 year old Om Puri will also be considered as rape (By the maid), right?

This consensual-sex-with-under-aged-is-rape thing confuses me. 😕

Didn't he proof read the biography before it was published to make necessary changes? I mean he should have had a contract drawn out even if its his wife who is writing it.

Clearly the situation is messed up with him sleeping with the woman who took care of him and both cases are underage sex situation. So this phase had to be written sensitively. As he himself says its an important part of his life,why would any biographer exclude it from book.

On one hand he talks about his struggles as kid working in tea shop, on another he has a nanny and servant?

Also since it was compared to ShineyA's case ,my mind automatically assumed that Om Puri in his present state had sex with 14 yr old maid.
