its a audience award...😆...audience vote through internet surveys which SP always conducts...for their TV couples and Film couples...and the maximum votes went to RK-DP...as the vote was mixture of 2012-first half of 2013 couples...so yes RK-DP is included...

its a survey and its done by purely audience votes...jury cannot interfere in this section...star plus always does for film couples and TV couples through audience...and RK-DP had maximum number of votes...they add 2012 couples and first half of 2013 couples included in it...even ARK-Shraddha was in the list...i will find the list and post it...
