Katrina wants to be with the boys
Keeps aside a chunk of dates for the much-awaited sequel to the Abhishek-John starrer Dostana

Buzz was that Dostana2 has traded its desi girl Priyanka Chopra for Katrina Kaif.Now there are the telltale signs of rumours turning into reality.Katrina,who is shooting for Siddharth Anands Bang Bang with Hrithik Roshan,has not signed any other film yet.It is assumed that she is keeping her dates open for Tarun Mansukhanis sequel to the 2008 hit.The film is likely to go on floors in late October.The preproduction of the film has already started.
A source told Mumbai Mirror,Katrina wants to be a part of this heroine-centric film.It will give her a lot of scope to perform.The actress is waiting for the final nod from the producers.She has not allotted any dates between October and January to any other filmmaker.
The much-awaited sequel to Dostana has been in the making for a long time.Initially there were reports that the script had not shaped up to Karan Johars liking.Then there was also the long-drawn casting process,and other than Abhishek and John,no one else had been finalised.
Katrina according to reports has been showing her eagerness to take up the project.Other than Bang Bang and Dhoom 3,she has not signed up any new film yet.
In the off chance that Kat does not do the film,at least it would not be for the lack of dates or initiative on her part.
