But Maroon...atleast he has accepted that he was drinking and driving...they should dispose off this case quickly now...By his own admission Salman has accepted whatever he did...Now the only thing remains is for the judge to decide..if it was a second degree murder or a manslaughter...I bet they will go with manslaughter...which is killing someone because of negligence...most of the drunk driving cases are tried under this category atleast here in USA.. EDIT : Shahrukh is responsible for global warming...its not Salman's fault...

one thing that bothers me is that if he can get exemptions why doesn't he just make it all go away. The I think maybe he does not have that "power" or maybe the people in the are really just a bunch of morons 😆😆😆😆😆.

I am saying if he can make it go away why didn't he ? Maybe cause he fighting to proof his innocence 👏👏👏👏👏👏⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Or maybe he can't make it go away, but can hire the best lawyers to exploit every loophole to prolong this as much as possible.

@Bold not fighting hiding and dragging case since ages aur innocent people cant hide

i am just bored with this case...its been years now...all i hear is re-trial...re-trial...salman did not appear...seriously if salman have done this in any other country...whether intoxication or no intoxication...he would be jailed in one go...crime is crime...and absence in court is also a offence can be jailed too...they will only give 3 re-trials...

But it's out for everyone now that salman indeed did drunk driving and kill people.
