How severely underrated Jab Tak Hai Jaan as an album?

Yes, it was composed by the maestro A.R. Rahman, he himself admitted that he restrained a bit by Yashji (R.I.P.) and wasnt allowed to let his creativity flow.

But, I believe because of the intense bashing it was one of the most underrated album of 2012.

The lyrics were penned beautifully by the legendary Gulzar sir.

Was it the best album of 2012? No. Was it very well written and the music was brilliant and well placed during the movies? YES

the only good song was heer but rahman has fizzled out. i don't think he has it in himself to match the roza, bombay, rangeela, dil se league.

All the songs of the movie were fabulous!

My most favorite has to be Jiya Re because of its liveliness and beat. But every track in the movie was different from the other and had its own touch of uniqueness.

Props to AR Rahman and everyone else involved with the music.

The most underrated track from the movie has to be the title song which was beautifully written, composed, and sung! :)
