I liked Yami a bit more

she seems like she's got a bit more personality, shows through her scenes

I think Ileana had more chance to emote in barfi than Yami did in Vicky Donor...

and having said..inspite of language problem in south...Ileana is a fairly decent actor ...and has done couple of dozen films...so comparing her to a rank new comer with a movie and a television show experience is not on...

I never understand bollywood award giving debut awards to likes of Asin and Ileana...it is ridiculous !!!!

well tehcnically, yami had also done quite a few television shows and 3 films in regional languages b4 she did vicky donor...

I personally liked Ileana as she was good in Barfi and having seen her movies in south I am biased here...

Yes even it bothers me that even after acting in like couple of dozen movies why are they still considered a debutant in BW😕

I would also like to give an advantage to Ileana cause of her experience in front of the BW camera as compared to Yami's Television experience...

Oh I had no idea that Yami had other language movies in her kitty then I guess the comparison is valid 😃

^^true...but if thts the case, i dunt think either yami or ileana should be pitted against rank newcomers like Aaliya, or diana who have had absolutely no acting experience...

I agree and wonder when these aspects will be considered that when a person does N number of movies in regional cinema they shouldn't be considered a newcomer and keep giving them all the debutant awards like they did to Yami and ileana, rather they should have chose Diana, who according to me did a great job for being a first timer...
