Well if a crime has been committed...so someone has to do the time...How about Sanjay Dutt let go free and Katzu do the time in his place...🤢

I just saw him having a debate with a few others on ndtv and he's SO RUDE. Was insulting everyone- calling the anchor a "bad anchor" saying she's not cut out to be one and whatnot. Pathetic. 🤢

Says he hasn't seen a single film in the last 45 years so SD being a celebrity isn't the reason. Who made him a Justice? SD acted in Munnabhai so should be pardoned, what a lame and ridiculous reason!

If having a wife and kids is reason enough for pardon then 80% of the jails will be empty.

Mr. Katju sounds insane. I wonder if we should dig up his judgments under RTI. God knows what logic he applied while passing the judgments during his run as the judge.

I don't harbor any sympathy for Sanjay Dutt. Nor do I think he should get some stay or what not. However it did occur to me while reading some other comments in another thread, that while his consorting with terrorists are rightly made out to be something that cannot be looked over, there are many others who were involved in inciting riots but will never face punishment because they are powerful politically or religiously.
