What was so SPECIAL about TAAL?!!!!!

😉😆 So, this was Subhash Ghai's last true success. Almost a decade and a half ago. Very sad. 😭 Ghai lost his mojo and kept making disaster after disaster. But, everyone knows A.R. Rahman's music made Taal what it is. The story was as old as the hills. And the supporting cast was overacting as hell, especially the late Amrish Puri. 😕 Aish was hot after HDDCS success. Taal reinstated her position. But, her role didn't call for histronics. I didn't find anything special with it to tell you the truth. It kind of reminded me of DTPH. Ghai made Aish look good and brilliant dances. Same with Yash Chopra with Madhuri in DTPH. It is one of her better movies, but overall the performance did not compare to HDDCS, Devdas, or even Jodhaa Akbar. 😲 Akshaye Khanna was kind of loud, his puppy dog eyes, etc. 😆 Anil Kapoor was the best out of the lot, this was even his last real commercial success in the 90's. Everything he did after that was lacklustre. What was so special about TAAL?!!! Please share your thoughts. ⭐️

The music and Akhay Khanna

I loved Aish and Akshay in the film. The chemistry between them was amazing..and I love Aish in romantic films so I thought she did awesome. She looked beyond gorgeous and hot as well.

I just liked one song don't even remember which one 😆
