I think you're right... Sana's role is the villain's girl!! Stalin only has one girl opposite Chiranjeevi and that was Trisha... in Mental Daisy is opposite Salman.

FOOLS! Tabu is portraying the role of a nurse in mental. They are not romantically paired. Daisy Shah is his wife but she will leave him and then Sana will become his girlfriend and not sure whether they will show it? But at the end she will be his wife. Not sure about Sana marrying him in the movie...but Sohail posted on his FB that Tabu is a nurse and Daisy his wife who divorces him and then Sana falls in love with Salman.

but mental is not a remake of stalin. the media claims that but it's not.
