I like Bips as an actress but there's something special and unique about bebo.. that's why I like bebo over any actress new or old.. No actress can hold my attention on screen as well as bebo..such a great actress.. ❤️

Although Bips has proved herself as an actress (ex- Corporate, Raaz), she doesn't have the varying films that Kareena does.

Kareena has been able to prove herself time and again through jwm, dev, omkara, chameli, Talaash, etc.

My vote goes for Kareena but I do find Bipasha to be a fine actress as well.
