She did action in Tashan.
And in Asoka.

She IS versatile if you look at her full career.

Tashan an utter waste of my money . If it wasn't for akshay I would've egged the screen .

Then again Tashan released today would've done 120-130 cores it is your regular masala film

Your right I guess but more like action shot in London or New York or Tokyo

Are you asking about variety in looks or roles?

As far as look is concerned, even though there hasn't been anything drastic..still her look in Chameli was different than her look in Omkara, which in turn was different from Talaash and then from JWM.

She has done different kind of characters in all the above mentioned movies plus Heroine, Fida and Kurbaan.

If you compare her with PC, obviously she has done lesser varied roles but it cant be denied that she is a complete performer. I give her a 10/10 which hardly any other heroine can boast of. Also agree with Sanjeeda on the comedy front. Kareena is awesome i think none of her contemporaries can match her in that genre.

Golmaal 3 she had the maximum screentime and was one of the gang. Not the lame love interests.

How many of her contemporaries have nailed comedy?

None they just all get nailed while Bebo is virgin 😆

In reality Katrina is funny in MBKd and APKGK

Vidya is trying comedy in Ghanchaker

PC tho is flop in comedy

Kat might have been IN a film that has comedy, but she wasnt really the source of it.

The comedy was more situational.

I mean, which actress has actually done comedy, through words or body language.

Like Kareena cracked a few one liners, did comic expressions in her Golmaals. Even Jab We Met, she was the source of the comedy.

I think Kareena is the only actress who can pull off all generes, be it comedy, (even bimbo comedy), intense cinema, romance or chick flicks. Her contemporaries on the other hand do lack in one thing or another but also they pull off some geners better than Kareena. Vidya is awesome in intense cinema where she has to cry or has to express with eyes within 10 minutes of every scene but blah in comedy and romance or any kind of light hearted cinema. PC is a great singer, Vidya n Kareena cannot beat her 😆 JK! PC is great in action, good in fashion kind of roles but boring in comedy n romance.
So yeah Kareena is overall 8-9/10 whilst others are either 10/10 or 5/10.
