I agree on this. Most of the TV stars are idiots that way. They think...6 pack bana liya...ab ban gaya main filmi hero. 🤢I was actually focussing on the good ones who havent got a BW chance and left out the phamous idiots. Their fan girls make it worse for them demanding hawt scenes etc.

Also I agree with you. mogs the actresses who made it big never had super successful tv career to make an impression, so it was easier for them.

but yami is really beautiful. I was awestruck when i saw her first epi in raajkumar aaryan( her debut show, she played a warrior princess). I felt the same way when I had seen kat in her first scene in sarkar.

pooja bose was first ekta's radha.

BTW totally dislike how flop tv actresses an actors go on and become superstar in bong films. Indraneil, barkha, dev (🤢🤢), pooja , payal.

Dev is also a TV star? I didnt know that. He did Hindi serials or Bengali ones? I actually liked Payel's work in the serials she did though they never raked in the trps. Also if I am not wrong she first did a Bengali movie then did a serial because Anurag Basu was the producer and then alternated between films and serials before moving back to films completely. She is quiet a good actress.

I dont understand though what Bong film-makers see in Mumbai C-graders Indraneil and Barkha. In Bengal they are huge stars while they come to Mumbai and do random C grade stuff. You will never find a successful South star doing C grade stuff in Mumbai. Maybe the pay is poor in Bengali film industry.

I wish konineeka does some acting. she was good one and she flopped trying her luck in mumbai.

Actor Amit Sadh, who is revelling in the success of his latest release " Kai Po Che", says he is proud of his experience on the small screen.

"I am very grateful to television. When I came here 10 years ago, I didn't have money even for food. Then Neena Gupta offered me ' Kyun Hota Hai Pyaar'. I am very grateful to them, they gave me work. I learnt acting while working for TV. I am very proud of my TV experience," Amit said here Thursday at the success party of the film.

He hopes that other filmmakers will also follow Abhishek Kapoor's way of working and give TV actors like him and debutant Sushant Singh Rajput a chance to do films.

"I just hope like Abhishek Kapoor who gave us this opportunity, other filmmakers will get encouraged and will do the same and TV actors will also like it," said Amit.

He said very often TV actors are told that they can never do films.

"TV actors get depressed, like I was, because people used to tell me, 'You are a TV actor and you won't be able to do films'. But I have done such a big film. So it's a great time," Amit said.

Amit has done another TV show "Durgesh Nandini" and was also on the first season of "Bigg Boss".

Sushant, who played one of the lead actors in "Kai Po Che", also started his career on the small screen with the hit daily soap "Pavitra Rishta."

yeah yeah Amit sadh that guy wasdamn good in TV be it kyun hota hai pyar or Saakshi(i was a kido that time so dunno if he was really damn good or not😛) aur big boss toh sabko yad hi hoga,some1 had a crush on him 😆

Amit did not get mighty role in kai po che,i really went to see him but got disappointed😔 .. even before the rlz i was wondering why no buzz abt him, all r doing sushant jap only?

I am watching welcome, and the way dimple jhangiani tries to put mauli dave down coz she is a stout girl. app thin== size -5 ala dimple. mauli app has mardana legs. Csn you believe it? mauli is a diploma holding classical dancer. her legs will be pure muscle .offcourse mauli put her in her place quite nicely, she is a fiesty one. and gosh they are so so dumb. Do not have basic general knowledge.

wahi na 6 packs banao, guchhi bag kharido, who cares about diction. who cares if mata parvati says MAADEV instead of Mahadev, as long as figure thik hain and people can expose 6 packs or patli kamariya.

TV himself said he tried in hindi serial and then flopped.

actually I don't really mind Indraneil, it was a good choice instead of doing radhe shyam type shows. he can act. he held his ground against ritupo*no, churni, prasenjit. he is fast becoming thinking woman's actor. my mother adores him and thinks he looks very manly. although he is not my type of guy, but man he is HOT. but he is smart, he knows he cannot do the nacha gana types, he does not try.

no payel started with tv soap. she first appeared in semi silent roles in that e tv bangla / zee bangla soap with aparajita ghosh das and rishi kaushik( long drama, with girl having a conservative joint family sasural , wwould be thrown out after truth comes out she is adopted child and daughter of a criminal and hubby who romanced her for a long time would turn a nincompoo.

One person who does this C grade thingies is rituparna. What does the women think? thankfully she has realised she needs to stop now.

I feel sorry for konineeka, she lost both the birds while trying to aim for the one in the bush.

I adore how rupa ganguli, indrani halder they maintain a healthy bw-bong career doing nice roles in tv or nice side roles in movies.

I really don't care about Ayushman,the role in VD suited him thats all though i really like him as an host.

Sushant was good in Kai Po che as Ishan but i loved rajkumar yadav's performance the most in that film...atleast happy that someone from tellywood is getting big/small offers in big banner movie..its good koi toh sab taal mel bitha k chal raha hai intellegent man.😉

coming to rajeev oh boy!i loved him in LRL the most,if that show were a film it might hv gt a superhit tag,he was damn good as a mentor 😳

now hez doing a big movie which stars shatrughan sinha,gauhar khan & that ruksaar but hez not giving out any furthur details..( which is currently being shot in Srilanka.)

And yes rajeev said he will now do projects with good scripts alongwith good production houses only ,learned from his earlier mistakes!

Sadly this is bw so u know we only want heroes.

Imagine how Daniel day lewis would have fared had he been in bw, or meryl streep. or for that matter hilary swank.

Amit was hit by late realization. So he atleast did some PR for himself towards the end just before the release. But by then the drama queen SSR had a head start. Rajkumar Yadav toh I am yet to see a single PR article from him till date.

@Tani: OK I didnt know about Dev, Payel etc. But I guess prior experience explains Payel's decent acting skills. I saw her recently in a promo for a movie. She remains as good as ever.

Indroneil...I dont like him. Find him again one of those idiotic himbos who build their bodies and think they have become actors. I cannot forget Barkha's and his semi nude photoshoots when they were regular on TV. They used to give interviews bragging about their bodies. 🤢

Amit also did Guns and Roses...that serial was Awesome too and he played the Character Superbly...

Sushant's PR is at full work...his PR is actually overshadowing all hardwork of his co-actors and giving entire credit to him...Frankly Amit and Raj especially were way brilliant then him...sadly its BW were PR and Hero faced good looking guys are given more preference...
