I'm happy that sushant is getting so many offers.Priyanka and sushant will make a cute couple.

Can someone tell me what special PR skills Sushant has which other newcomer actors don't have ? 😉😛 I mean the PR agency who is working for sushant , can't other afford that ??? 😉

I don't understand as to why some ppl here are so clueless as to why sushant is bagging such meaty roles...

OK,let's take it one at a time :-

Sushant has done both theatre and TV for a long time.This gave him experience and a chance to polish himself as an actor.He got a lot of time to learn the nitty-gritties of acting before he could enter BW.He waited for the right script.He did not do any and every movie which came his way!
He was already a very popular face when he left TV.He gave auditions and got to play ishaan in KPC,just like his co-actors Rajkumar Yadav and Amit Sadh.

Coming to PK,it was AFTER abhishek kapoor showed hirani rushes of kpc,did sushant actually get a role in pk! He was able to impress hirani with his work...Hirani was moved by his auditions,as per articles.Mind you,sushant is doing a cameo in the movie not the hero's role!Had he bagged aamir's role in pk,THAT would have raised eyebrows!So not sure what is so fishy in this...

Reg maneesh sharma's YRF,a long time back an article had come out which said that adi chopra had watched sushant in jhalak and was very impressed with his performances.He was very keen to cast him in his movies and make a dance based film with sushant.So,he being signed for a YRF project does not come as a surprise to me,at a time when YRF is looking for fresh faces and casting them in their movies!

With PK and YRF in his kitty before the release of kpc,sushant had that buzz around him.SLB himself had said that after meeting him,he wanted to cast sushant in his movie.

Now,with the release of kpc,sushant has lived up to everyone's expectations!His terrific acting in kpc is being praised by both the critics and the audience.

So,to sum up,talent+teriffic acting+fab dancer+good looks+strong screen presence+immense fan following+hardwork and dedication+being around at the right time+making the right connection+staying away from negative publicity is the key!
