Asin or Anushka

Both debuted in the same year with big banner films and mega stars.
Asin snatched all awards from Anushka for best debutant actress that year.
But after 5 years it is Anushka who got more awards and nominations than Asin.
But Asin has more blockbusters than Anushka.
But Asin failed to gain critical acclaims for her blockbuster films.
But Anushka manged to impress both critics and audiences with her portrayal of Sruti and Akira.

Who do you prefer?And who do you feel have more potential?

Awards & Critical Acclaim doesn't measure how much AUDIENCE Loved you in that film, otherwise Naseer Saab & Om puri would have been those no. of fans which Top 5 stars have.

Apart from a single Average film, Asin has given 1 ATBB, 3 BB in her career...

Also Ghajini just ate away RNBDJ at that time...

ANUSHKA SHARMA

Started with a BlockBuster with SRK, did average films with 2 Hits... And whatever Awards & Critical Acclaim she got it was coz She starred in SRK Film, otherwise she isn't being much talked about films which didn't star SRK.

Both are my favorits... ASIN little more.

But any day will pick Roles like Kalpana, Pooja, Heena, Sania over Taani, Akira, Shruti...

I don't think highly of either.

Asin looks better than Anushka and is already a huge star down South since 2005. She was nice in Ghajini but after that she has only been wallflower in 100 crore films in Bollywood.

Anushka - I've never liked her looks or her persona. But her choice of films is tad better than Asin. She tries out roles where she has something to do than just play appendage to a big superstar. Band Baaja Baraat was a huge triumph for her. Asin, in Hindi cinema is yet to give a successful film where she can share equal credit for success. One can argue BBB was a hit due to script and not Anushka or Ranveer but the film is content oriented and giving a hit with a new actor is definitely an achievement for Anushka.

Asin hasn't given any quality film or success with a new guy to judge her acting talent or extent of star power.

Though in looks and persona she looks more affable than Anushka.

Asin and Anushka both squandered the promise they showed in Ghajini and BBB and both are stuck in same innocent or bindaas girl roles respectively. I don't see them doing anything different or exciting.

Hands down Anushka...she deserved awards for debut those award seasons...Asin ws 100 films old..whereas Anushka first film...crackling debut...and she ws ionly 19...

Asin is find is overacting ki dukaan... 🤢 ..and her voice can burst eardrums...

Anushka is like one of the top actresses now..she is an A..lister where as Asin is equal to invisible...

Asin is incredibly more Talented...she has done some good work in south...
