also the article is quite badly written...had to read it some three times...it's still vague!!

maybe he made these statements after that christmas party and was drunk!

I agree. He should have worded it better. I think he was confused and didn't know how to transform his thoughts into words. I think he meant youth should take a stand, raise their voice, but at the same time let the law handle it. But he was so confused.. it led me to be confused! So I decided to form no opinion about it.
