dev - brilliant performance

yuva - another wonderful performance

omakara - great

3 idiots - nice

golmaal 3 - stole the show

talaash - stole the show.

and full fledged roles:

mpkd - flop and OTT performance

khushi - OTT - flop

bewafaa - OTT - flop

heroine - good performance - flop

emaet - good performance - average

was she meant to be a supporting actress more than a lead actress.

she shines in small roles and mostly fails in full fledge roles.

No... I think Kareena is an excellent actress and she is fit to do both leading and supporting roles...her best quality is that she is versatile so she can carries off any kind of roles...Ya agreed she does go OTT sometimes...like she did in Heroine...but then who doesn't?😆

SHE WAS LEAD IN ALL THOSE FILMS BESIDES TALAASH & YUVA!!

Just saying she was the only heroines in all those films except Omkara!!!

Where is Jab We Met, Kurbaan, Chameli and Refugee???

Kareena can do both supporting and lead roles. Only thing is Kareena like most heroines gets carried away when offered a lead role in a big movie. She should be more cautious like she is with supporting roles.

She is a great actress and many newcomers see her as an inspiration!!!

She has lasted as straight 12 years as leading contemporary actress in Bollywood. Barely any one has done that. Especially in more recent times.

One of the best leading actresses of recent times.

lols in Talaash is she supporting? cz she over shadowed Amir. she had more screen space then Rani. you're invented to show her down in by creating this thread. be whatever nice to see you are praising her be it supporting way or any other. you particularly judged her acting very nicely in first half of your post.as for second half, you mostly made it on FLOP/HIT basis but not by her acting ability. carry on

jwm was all about kareena and kareena. no doubt there. chameli was her movie, her performance was good, but thats it. now look at her in talaash, with less screen time, she simply stole the show. thats what i am trying to say. some actors are given 3hrs to bring out their best, but kareena can bring her best in just 1hr.

and yet some of her movies where it was all about her either gets panned or fails at boxoffice.

and i am glad you brought in kurbaan, that could have been a kareena movie all the way. but for some reason saif and vivek were given more footage than her. WHY.

i've noticed, that in many of her recent movies her roles are getting shorter and shorter, but her performances are brilliant.

is she one of the those actors who shine brighter in less screen time?

and how big of a role was in refugee?

i am sorry, but i think some of these supporting actors are much better than these lead actors. i have always supported actors like these. one actress out there is konkena. she is no less talented than the likes of vidya, pc, and kareena.

look at paresh rawal - today he carries a movie on his shoulder and not only its a hit, but he delivers with a knockout performance. i am going to see where they going to slot him in nomination catergory. same goes for priyanka for barfi and kareena for talaash. and how about rani, she was a supporting actor in talaash and was good.
