Some New Updates On Chennai Express

As boxofficecapsule.com got the info, actor Sathyaraj from south who played Virus in remake of "3 Idiots", will be essaying the role of father of Deepika Padukone. One needs to remember that Sathyaraj is one ofthe most prolific actor for last three decades and a solid performer down south. Rohit chose him in order to make film more interesting as he plays baddie larger than life. And has some very interesting confrontational dialogues with Shahrukh Khan.

As we all know this is an original script and film will be shot till April. Film will have post production till July and so film should hit cinemas in August or October. But this is just a rumor as film's theatrical rights for domestic as well as overseas market will be sold in next few weeks as discussions are still on but there is one confirm piece of news that film has been said to be sold for 55 cr of satellite rights after much deliberation.

Not only that, film is expected to fetch 110-120 cr for theatrical rights plus ever lucrative overseas rights with Khan. This all looks astronomical but when you see past record of Rohit Shetty and his deadly combination on card with King Khan, nothing looks impossible.

This will mark SRK's comeback to entertain with his typical masala entertainers on lines of "Om Shanti Om" and "Main Hoon Na".👏👏👏

4)Film's shoot was going on in Goa last fortnight and now that shoot is over. boxofficecapsule.com tells you first that "Chennai Express" will be shoot in Wai near Mumbai from Monday, 10th December to 27th December. This 18 day long schedule will see one song dance sequence in village setting on Shahrukh and Deepika Padukone. It will also have one action sequence to be shot for the 1st half of the film.

Overall film has 3 major action sequences and all will be shot in typical Rohit Shetty style. There will be one very peculiar action sequence though we will not going to reveal further about it. Shahrukh will be seen in more of Indian desi avatar rather than his usual suave persona. Film's unit will go for next schedule in January mid and will be over by March-April.😊😊

Overseas SRK is a brand, forget what u offer to them, till the moment film has SRK, they will accept him in any version.

I remember a small incident, went to a DVD parlor 2 rent a DVD, a foreigner gal came 2 shop n ask for SRK movies, owner showed him some of his best, she just said 1 thing "Give me all srk movies dvd, n just pack dem". She didn't even bother 2 ask is it good or bad, she was only concerned that it should have srk in it.
