Errr...Agneepath was a remake. What on earth is he talking about?

The characters are the same, have the same names...Vijay was avenging his father's death in both. ...it had more or less the same plot twists as I understand also.

I'm taking a study break. I have finals this week.

I read the title and was like uhhh but he did do a remake. And he's just claiming its not a remake.

Just like Don was said to be a tribute, not a remake. 😕 And all the other so called "tributes" or whatever.

To be fair neither Agneepath nor Don were straight remakes. There were quite a few significant changes made to the script, characters changed/added/removed, etc. Perhaps "reimagining" is the better term.

He is going overboard though by calling them "entirely different".

Good luck on your finals btw. 😊

Angnipath was similar except they included Rishi Kapoor's character and chopped Mithun's character. But I really hope that they change the script of Knight and Day. That movie was not extra ordinary and was bit similar to ETT.

Thank God...Knight and Day is such a shitty movie...don't know how Tom and Cameroon decided to do it ...Hritik is one of the best actors...he needs challenging roles like that of Agneepath, Jodha Akbar, Guzaarish etc...not some stupid HW remake...
