what did u find interesting in barfi?

i know most wont agree with the topic but i had to make it .i found the movie Barfi less appealing it has been like telecasted 8 times at my place but still i cant or dont have the patience to watch the entire movie in one go .i saw the first 15 min i m yet to watch the full movie just watched in parts .

i found the movie dull .I know the movie was high on emotional level a feel good movie it didnt had a sad ending like sadma it has been hyped as the next best thing intelligent cinema making to the coveted 100 cr club great performance ab tho oscar ka thappa bi laga hai blah blah but still i found the movie sluggish

P.S. some members have misinterpreted the post i did find the movie less appealing but that doesnt mean that i enjoy only masala flicks and not the unusual stories

is it neceessary that folks who like to watch intelligent cinemas over masala flick should like all the unusual scripts and if not they r termed as masala flick lover??🤔

Yes I found it pretty boring and over-rated myself!!

I loved Barfi...No way was it boring even for a minute...

i didnt find it boring...

just that a few plot points were a bit um..."stretched" (like the whole kidnapping thing)...and some whimsical CC gags could have been shortened...but thts abt it...nothing else on the boring side...

I do have other complaints abt the film though...but boring wasnt one of them.

i think OMG, EV, Vicky Donor is better than Barfi... but it's not bad. a bit overrated though...

On serious note film was entertaining with different and novel concept. It was good change for me to see Barfi wich has sweet romance and some nice relationship or Barfi and Jilmil . It was without any item song, no glamorous or skin show, no Marr dhaad nor any rich poor clich.

I didn't find it boring at all :) I was hooked from the moment "picture shuru" came on...sure the pace dipped in the 2nd half with the kidnapping stuff & it got slightly tangled up, but on the whole it was just a totally magical film for me..

i loved this movie infact the lovestory of barfi-jhilmil touched my heart! the best movie had watched so far such a brilliant story it had and ranbir-priyanka were excellent!
