will I get in trouble for publishing someone's full address and company address online?

Sincere question, please tell me, I don't wanna get in trouble with the law. Does UK Law even apply via the internet? Does it have any significance in Germany?
Can I go to jail in Germany for violating someone's privacy in the UK?

UK is part of the EU right? Will I be held accountable in Germany for a crime I commited in the UK?
