A source from the show reveals, "It was an emotional moment for us as Sonali visited the sets for the special episode. Lara, who accompanied Sonali, was in tears when she explained the cause and her presence to the viewers. Sonali spoke about the painful experience of the attack, which took place in Jharkhand. Hearing it, Mr Bachchan got emotional and even Lara said that Sonali is one of the bravest girls that she has ever met."
Amitabh even spoke about an incident from his life, when his hand was burnt by a cracker which exploded in his hand. His entire palm was burned and he spoke about how the pain was unbearable. Amitabh went on to ask Sonali details about the horrific crime. "Sonali bluntly replied that these days people have no fear of the law so they commit such crimes. Lara, too, added that such crimes should be non-bailable offenses and very serious action should be taken against such criminals. Sonali gifted books by Rabindranath Tagore to Amitabh, to which he said that he will use quotes from that book to inspire people," the source adds.
Lara played the game with Sonali and helped her win R25 lakh. Right from escorting her from the vanity van to the set, Lara was very attentive towards Sonali.
