Yeah, well it may be inconvenient from the standpoint of spending time with family but it sure gives a girl a face saving excuse when she's not invited to any of the big tinseltown parties.

"I couldn't be there. I was out of the country." Sounds so much better than "i couldn't be there. They'd sooner invite plague than me."
