I think all is well now! I have seen many photos of Karisma hanging out with Nitu and Reema, and have people forgotten??? How the whole Kapoor khandan just recently took a trip together for Karisma's son birthday! Or how the chachu's visited kareena while she was doing a course in Harvard

All you have to do is go back and look at Riddhima Kapoor's wedding, where the whole industry was present. The only people left off the guestlist, Babita and the Kapoor sisters.
That says it all. I think the relationship has improved over the years to the point where they are cordial. But being close, is never happening and Kareena doesn't seem to care either.

Kareena and Karisma were invited they chose not to go, but recently all seems well between Nitu and them otherwise why would she join Karisma for a holiday??
