Hopefully yesss...after all the trash that has entered the 100 crore club...its finally time for a sensible and good movie to enter this damn club...keeping my fingers crossed for 'Barfi'...thankfully...none of the trash was able to enter the 200 cr. club...👍🏼

My Hopes

Barfi crosses 100 crores, it will be a good change for sensible movies to enter this club too

My Prediction

It will have a total net crore of 60 crores, at best average. Opening will be low as well but all depends on WOM! *fingers crossed*

Currently Only full on commercial movies will get entry into 100 cr club ...so this movie should do business of 60-65 cr lifetime.

May be in next 5 yrs,trend will change...but currently it's impossible for this movie to break into 100 cr club.

It's not going to happen. Barfi is not as "commercial" as the 100 crore films have been. It also seems like a deeper movie..relying more on beautiful visuals and imagery to connect to the audience. I'm not sure if everyone can appreciate this kind of cinema...without getting bored that is.

I'm just hoping it becomes a hit :)

You never know these days... it could happen. I didnt think khaani was gonna do well... but with good word of mouth and Vidya's previous success from TDP...helped it. These days words of mouth can help a movie... let's see. I didn't think Rockstar was gonna do well either... but for some reason it did.
